Number Availability
Before you complete your registration, users should ensure that the number(s) that they wish to obtain are available via the smartnumbers® system. A search function is provided to enable users to check a number's status. The following is a guide to the various number states:
- Available
The number is available to be nominated for auction on the smartnumbers® site.
- Scheduled for auction
The number has been nominated for an upcoming auction. Users may apply for this number in order to be eligible to bid in the auction.
- Auctioned
The number has already been auctioned. The current Rights of Use (ROU) Holder is shown.
- Payment pending
The number has been previously auctioned, but payment has not yet been made.
- Not for auction
The number is not currently available to be purchased on the smartnumbers® website.
- Decision pending
The number is not currently available to be purchased on the smartnumbers® website, however, this may be reviewed shortly. Users should contact the smartnumbers® help line on 1300 793 919 for more information.
