New users can now:

• Search for either a single number or a range of numbers by selecting the appropriate tab below.
• Select the number type, enter the number and click on 'Search now'.

Please note: You can only enter numbers and not letters. Use the keypad to convert your phoneword into the phone number.
For example to spell DOGS you would click on 3647, selecting each number only once.

Regular users can update ROU details through the search facility:

1. Enter the number you wish to update in the search option below.
2. Click on the number in the search results (shown in green).
3. Click on 'Update ROU holder details'.
4. Enter the ROUpin into the box and click on 'Continue'.
5. Update any of the details and click on 'Continue'.
6. Click on 'Confirm'.

A new ROUpin will then be sent to the email address listed in the ROU holder details.
