We are unable to take your payment over the phone.

Once the registration fee payment has been processed by the ACMA, you will receive your password by email. Check your email junk folder if you did not receive the email, as it is sent from auto_mailer@acma.gov.au and may be filtered as junk mail.

Payment default

Your payment must be received within 30 days of the close of the auction. You will be sent an invoice by email, stating the exact due date and what your payment options are.

If your payment is not received in full by the due date:
  • The rights of use to the smartnumber may not be allocated.
  • The number may be returned to the auction pool for resale.
  • We may suspend your smartnumber registration and exclude you from participating in further auctions.
  • Your winning bid amount will remain a debt to the Commonwealth.
  • We will initiate a debt recovery process which could include enlisting the services of a debt collection agency.
